Midwinter’s day menu

This was the menu that our chef Riet came up with for midwinter’s day meal. This is usually the fanciest meal of the year due to it being a special day.Mid winter menu

  1. That looks great. Thanks for sharing. Francis (chef South Pole station)

    • Cheers for that Francis, I loved the pole films very good. they were of a far higher standard than the McMurdo films, for sure. Although Friend or Faux from McMurdo was good. Noticed an English accent in one of your films there at the pole. An englishman must have sneaked into your American program there. Enjoy the winter there.

      Have fun
